Most of touch screen PCs, include laptops & tablets with a touchscreen experience the touch screen not working issue after screen replacement. How to fix this issue?
1:Enable and disable your touchscreen in Windows Device Manager

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select Device Manager.

Select the arrow next to Human Interface Devices and then select HID-compliant touch screen. (There may be more than one listed.)

Select the Action tab at the top of the window. Select Disable device then Enable device again, and then confirm. If there's more than one HID-compliant touchscreen device listed, perform steps 2–3 for that one too.
2:Manually Update Touch Screen Driver

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select Device Manager.

Select the arrow next to Human Interface Devices and then select HID-compliant touch screen. (There may be more than one listed.)
- Click Update driver
3:Reinstall the Touchscreen Driver
- If updating doesn't work, right-click on "HID-compliant touch screen" and select "Uninstall device".
- Check the "Delete the driver software for this device" box and click "Uninstall".
- Restart your computer, Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.
